Empowering Young Minds: Sarkinmota's Commitment to Job Creation

Nigeria is home to one of the youngest and most creative populations in the world. However, finding sustainable opportunities to scale skills and access corporate networks remains a challenge. At Sarkinmota Group, we believe that corporate institutions have a responsibility to actively bridge this gap.

From our early beginnings in 2019, our founder, Dr. Aliyu Mohammad, has prioritized job creation and mentorship as the primary metrics of our success.

Creating Tangible Careers

With the launch of Interiors by Sarkinmota, we have intentionally expanded our supply chain to support local talent:

  • **Design & Architecture**: Providing professional projects for young Nigerian architects and interior decorators to execute high-end commissions.
  • **Local Fabrication**: Collaborating with carpenters, metalworkers, and fabricators to build all of our custom furniture locally in Abuja, directly funding local workshops.
  • **Project Logistics**: Creating roles in coordination, quality control, and nationwide delivery.

Business Mentorship & Incubation

Our corporate vision for the new Abuja Headquarters includes dedicating space and resources to incubate young entrepreneurial ideas. We regularly host business networking sessions and provide mentorship pathways for startups looking to establish reliable business systems.

We believe in absolute transparency—sharing our business journey openly on social media to demystify corporate growth and inspire the next generation of Nigerian builders.
